The leggings are made from a material blend where the main component is merino wool. This fabric boasts natural functional properties, including being particularly breathable, as well as moisture and temperature regulating. In addition, the wool fibres have a particular surface structure which makes it more difficult for odour-forming bacteria to settle on. As a result, the fabric stays fresh for a long time without becoming smelly. In fact, it is often enough to hang the leggings out in the fresh air after use. This mean they need less washing, which in turn saves energy and water. Plus, merino wool does not wrinkle and it can still keep you warm even when damp.
