Delivery and payment

As soon as you place an order with us, we’ll do our best to ship your package as quickly as possible. Our logistics team typically processes your order within one business day, provided all items are in stock. On average, it takes 6-7 business days for the package to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping orders containing special items (such as tents, hiking backpacks, crash pads, walking sticks, sleeping bags, electronic devices, and liquids) sometimes takes a little longer, as these items are stored separately in our warehouse and packed by hand.

Transport damage

Please check your shipment for completeness and transport damage immediately upon receipt and refuse to accept it if there is visible damage.

If this is not possible, please photograph the damage and keep the box for the time being. Please contact our team immediately at Contact or 021 202 0145. The damage must be documented as soon as possible so that your right to claim a refund doesn't expire.

Failure to file a claim or contact us will not affect your statutory warranty rights. However, doing so allows us to file our own claims against the carrier provider or transport insurance.

Differing delivery address

Credit card (up to 1500€)

Your card will be charged when you place your order. Your credit/debit card provider may ask you to confirm the payment after your order is completed. Please follow the steps shown.

PayPal

You will be redirected to PayPal during the ordering process. You will then be returned to our shop to complete your order. The amount to be paid will be debited from your account via PayPal after completion of your order.

Klarna

You can shop conveniently with us via Klarna. You can first try out the ordered product at home and then pay within 30 days with an invoice to Klarna. After a positive credit check and confirmation of the payment method, we assign our rights to collect the purchase price to Klarna. Klarna then exclusively takes care of the payment process and the debiting of the receivable.

Apple Pay (up to € 1500)

Easy and secure payment with Apple Pay. To use Apple Pay, you need to activate payment via Apple Pay and use the Safari browser on your Apple device.
