Merino wool has natural functional properties
It is made from soft, fine merino wool, which boasts natural functional properties. These include being particularly breathable, as well as moisture and temperature regulating. In addition, the wool fibres have a particular surface structure which makes it more difficult for odour-forming bacteria to settle on. As a result, the jumper stays fresh for a long time without becoming smelly. In fact, it is often enough to hang the jumper out in the fresh air after use. This mean it needs less washing, which in turn saves energy and water. Plus, merino wool does not wrinkle and it can still keep you warm even when damp.
