The cooking series 27 Ultralight by Trangia consists of a cooker that is ideal for preparing food for three to four people. Larger utensils from the Trangia range can be used when the holders in the upper wind shield are folded open. The Trangia 27-7 is a set variation with two 1 liter pots (one with and one without scale) and a frying pan (Ø 18cm) made of ultra-light hard anodized aluminum. The upper and lower wind shields are made of ultra-light aluminum. The set also comes with a spirit burner, a tong and a belt. This set is also available with a Primus gas burner instead of a spirit burner! The material ultra-light aluminum is produced using a new aluminum alloy which is up to 50% stronger than conventional aluminum. This allows for thinner walled and therefore lighter containers. New Trangia models therefore stand out for their lower weight advantage of up to 25% in comparison to its predecessors! Ultra-light hard anodize is an incredibly wear resistant aluminum alloy. Hard anodizing heightens the scratch, wear and corrosion resistance. This surface treatment makes it much easier to clean the containers!
