Insulates effectively
The Trail Lite sleeping mat from Therm-a-Rest is sure to impress with its high R-value of 3.2. This means it also insulates effectively in alpine bivouacs and at temperatures down to -11 °C. Plus, the outer material of the Trail Lite sleeping mat is made from tough ripstop polyester, so you can lay the Trail Lite sleeping mat on stony ground without a worry.
At 740 g, it is light enough to take with you when trekking, bikepacking or mountaineering without having to sacrifice on comfort.
Self-inflating
Once you have arrived at your bivouac or campsite, you can unpack the Trail Lite sleeping mat and simply let it do its thing. The foam core will unfold and the sleeping mat will inflate itself. In addition, its polyurethane foam core ensures excellent levels of comfort and good insulation.
