If you're looking for comfortable shoes for MTB or bike tours, then the SH-MT502 from Shimano are the way to go! They’re compatible with SPD clipless pedals, but also offer good grip on flat pedals. Their flexible soles also offer surefootedness whilst walking and they almost feel like those of walking boots. Plus, thanks to the glass fibre reinforced midsole and the cushioning EVA padding, you can peddle efficiently.
Simple closure system
In addition to being lightweight, they’ll also let heat from the inside escape thanks to the several mesh inserts. They’re completed by a rapid lacing system and hook-and-loop fasteners that allow you to quickly adjust the fit whenever you want.
