The Trailhead series from Sea to Summit is an expanded version of the classic synthetic trail sleeping bag. It’s equipped with a host of technical features and a simple design. The Trailhead is a synthetic sleeping bag that is extremely good value for money. It is perfect for occasional users or novice campers who don’t want to compromise on quality and performance.
Its tapered rectangular cut provides more space and is more comfortable than the standard mummy shape. The Trailhead has a full-length side zip and another zip on the foot box, so you can also use it as a blanket - super practical. The two zips also provide versatile ventilation options. The unique WaveLoft construction is characterised by the special loop-shaped arrangement of thick layers of synthetic insulation. This gives the sleeping bag really good fill power and improves thermal output in cold conditions.
The WaveLoft construction also ensures that loose layers of insulation don’t shift around because every layer is connected to the outer shell.
