Product description
Much more than just a new design: the Scarpa Women's Arpia! This is the women's version of the newly developed Scarpa shoe designed for those wanting to try out their first high-performance shoe. It was built around a female-specific HFC last that adapts perfectly to narrow women’s feet. Plus, the climbing shoe has all the technical features its big brother has as well! It boasts a soft microfibre upper that retains its shape as well as a thin, precise sole for both flexibility and sensitivity, resulting in a barefoot feel when climbing or bouldering. Despite all the flexibility, the shoe is by no means lacking when it comes to stability or power transfer. The midsole, which extends from the heel to the toes, makes for a downturned shape and directs power from your foot to the rock face. The precise, moderately asymmetric toe box allows for precise placements and gives you the sensitivity you need. The V-tension system and the rubberised heel give the Arpia lasting heel tension and produces excellent power transfer, even when heel-hooking. The slipper design makes it easy to put on, and the shoe can be adjusted for an individualised fit using the Wave Strap system.
