The multisport shoes are ideal for hill walking and for long walks in the forest, on the fields or on paved paths and here’s why: the revised model of the X Ultra 3 is made to go both uphill and downhill thanks to their trail running shoe-like design. Plus, the shoes offer great stability and traction on technical terrain. In addition, thanks to the chassis, the shoes will protect your ankles without restricting your freedom of movement.
Contagrip sole for slippery terrain
To ensure you can wear the multisport shoes in any weather, they’ve been equipped with a GORE-TEX membrane that ensures waterproof and breathability properties. As a result, you can rely on them whether it’s raining, storming or if the sun is shining. Plus, the shoes feature Salomon’s own Contagrip outsole, which is guaranteed to grip onto wet and slippery surfaces, so it’ll especially keep you safe whilst going downhill. And, the Women's X Ultra 4 GTX are also equipped with a mud guard, a protective toe cap and a rapid lacing system for an easy on/off. Surprisingly, you can stow away the laces into the lace pocket, so it won’t annoy you whilst walking! It’s got everything you could wish for!
