Product description
Warm, elasticated hybrid jacket for women
A hybrid jacket for any and all alpine activities: the Women's Ortles Hybrid TW CLT Jacket from Salewa. Whether you're in snow or ice, this jacket will feel right at home. It boasts a wind and water-repellent outer and is insulated with Tirolwool for toasty warmth. The material mix and practical elasticated inserts on the arms let you move around freely. The jacket also provides optimum moisture management.
Practical details
The ergonomic sleeves, wide ergonomic collar and elastic cuffs increase the overall comfort of the jacket. The same goes for the cosy hood, which you can adjust in the back. The elasticated cuffs ensure a good fit and also prevent cold air from penetrating. And, it boasts multiple pockets. Another nifty feature: you can pack the jacket down nice and small in the compression pocket so that it'll fit in any backpack.
The Salewa Committed symbol indicates products that meet strict internal criteria at Salewa with regard to environmental and social responsibility. A Salewa product must meet two mandatory criteria and at least one additional criterion.
The mandatory criteria include
1. Chemicals verified: more than 90% of the product weight meets at least one of the following criteria: a) the main fabric (for the entire product) has been chemically tested according to Oberalp's chemical guideline or b) the main fabric is bluesign-certified. 2. Factory monitored for social standards: the second obligatory criterion is that the factory where the product has been manufactured has been audited for social standards and working conditions by external audits.
The additional criteria, depending on the product, include upcycling, recycling, certain material compositions, PFC-free coatings or responsibly sourced down.
