Product description
Warm and protected in alpine terrain: the Ortles Hybrid TW CLT Jacket from Salewa. Constructed using weather-resistant material and body-mapping technology, this jacket is built for the outdoors.
All areas of the body that are particularly sensitive to the cold have been insulated with Tirolwool. Plus, the jacket has been fitted with stretch panels for optimum freedom of movement. What's more, the Ortles Hybrid features ergonomic sleeves, an elastic hem, elastic cuffs, a high collar and an adjustable padded hood with an adjuster in the back for optimal protection.
There are several pockets as well as a wind flap behind the front zip. The wind flap, along with the synthetic lining and Tirolwool prevent you from cooling down and ensure excellent moisture-management properties. Whether you're ice climbing or ski touring, the Ortles Hybrid TW CLT Jacket is always ideal.
The Salewa Committed symbol indicates products that meet strict internal criteria at Salewa with regard to environmental and social responsibility. A Salewa product must meet two mandatory criteria and at least one additional criterion.
The mandatory criteria include: 1. Chemicals verified: more than 90% of the product weight meets at least one of the following criteria: a) the main fabric (for the entire product) has been chemically tested according to Oberalp's chemical guideline or b) the main fabric is bluesign-certified. 2. Factory monitored for social standards: the second obligatory criterion is that the factory where the product has been manufactured has been audited for social standards and working conditions by external audits.
The additional criteria, depending on the product, include upcycling, recycling, certain material compositions, PFC-free coatings or responsibly sourced down.
