The outer tent has a polyurethane coating and a hydrostatic head of 3000mm. Plus, Salewa included a repair kit so that you are equipped to take care of any minor repairs when travelling. Thanks to the double wall construction, moisture will condense on the outer tent because of the difference in temperature between the inner and outer tent, thereby keeping the interior dry.
