Product description
If you’re in the market for a versatile head torch for outdoor adventures, then look no further than the Swift RL head torch from Petzl. Whether you use it whilst running, trail running, mountain biking or mountaineering, the durable head torch always shines.
It has a maximum luminosity of 900 lumens, which will give you a great view of where you’re going in the dark. Plus, weighing only 100g, you’ll barely feel it on your head, so you won’t get tired of holding it. Some other great features include the adjustable headband that allows you to find the perfect fit and it’s reflective to ensure that you can be seen in the dark.
In addition, with the press of a single button, you can lock or control all light functions and select the Reflective Lighting or Standard Lighting for example. Reflective Lighting entails that a sensor measures the ambient brightness and adjusts the head torch on its own. For example, if you look out into the distance, the brightness will increase and the light cone will narrow. And once you look at something closer to you, the brightness decreases and the light cone widens. Some advantages of the Reactive Lighting mode are that it increases the total battery life and you won’t need to manually switch through different modes. As for the Standard Lighting technology, it’s specially suited for walking, domestic use or when you’re out on the camping site at night. The head torch will start on the brightest mode and then automatically adjust the brightness based on the battery’s capacity. In other words, when using Standard Lighting, the brightness will steadily decrease over time.
Lightweight, practical and durable – this head torch is a must-have!
Reactive Lighting:
- Max Burn Time: 100 lm, 35 m, 10 - 50 hrs
- Standard: 300 lm, 55 m, 5 - 40 hrs
- Max Power: 900 lm, 150 m, 2 - 30 hrs
Standard Lighting:
- Max Burn Time: 10 lm, 12 m, 100 hrs
- Standard: 200 lm, 55 m, 5 hrs
- Max Power: 550 lm, 110 m, 2 hrs
