Lightweight ski and winter sports trousers
The Insulated Powder Town Pants from Patagonia really offers a great deal for those inclined to practice winter sports: the strong, durable H2No-Performance Standard 2-layer fabric made from 100% recycled polyester makes the trousers both water and windproof, but while also remaining breathable. This means that sweat can be wicked away from the body to outside the jacket, where it evaporates off, meaning the inside of the trousers stays warm and dry. However, the Thermogreen insulation of course provides warmth first and foremost. Furthermore, the trousers can be worn as part of a jacket/trouser combination system, with a winter sports jacket of your choice from Patagonia (for example the Insulated Powder Town Jacket from the same series). Finally, an integrated RECCO reflector provides a further practical addition to the Insulated Powder Town Pants.
Resource-efficient manufacture
In their production of the Insulated Powder Town Pants, Patagonia have also fulfilled their aspiration to achieve manufacture that is as environmentally friendly and resource-efficient as possible: the synthetic materials are made from 100% recycled polyester, and the Thermogreen insulating filling consists of 100% recycled polyester. The DWR coating on the outside is each free from perfluorocarbons, and the entire product is Fair Trade-certified.
