A must-have for little mountaineers: the Girl's Insulated Isthmus Parka from Patagonia. The durable parka is built to keep your child toasty in dry in bad weather conditions. This is made possible by its coated, 4-layer outer made of recycled NetPlus nylon along with the Thermolight insulation that’s mostly made of recycled polyester, which provides extra warmth in the sleeves. The recycled polyester lining is also equipped with a PFC-free DWR coating that makes it weatherproof.
Practical, clever details
In addition to the partly bluesign-certified blend, it’s also brimming with some great features that make it ideal for outdoor adventures. For example, the comfortable three-piece hood with its gusset, along with the high stand-up collar, provide additional protection against the elements. It also has a full-length front zip with a chin guard and a storm flap with a snap button. It’s completed by stretchy cuffs and an extra-long, notched hem to keep cold draughts out.
