It won't slip, but doesn't restrict you when you run either. It features a spacious main compartment and numerous outer pockets for storing away your valuables. You can store your phone separately to keep it within easy reach. In addition, there are two water bottles included, and they can be stored in the two pockets on the shoulder straps.
