Product description
A durable jacket for tough routes
The Women's Pala Hooded Jacket from Ortovox is perfect for climbing long, alpine routes on rough crags. Its extremely abrasion-resistant Merino Shield Tec material passes more than 50,000 abrasion cycles in the Martindale test, which is the standard procedure used to test abrasion resistance. This means that it can defy any rock face, no matter how rough. It’s also been equipped with extra reinforcements at high-wear areas, such as the shoulders, forearms and hips. In addition, the comfortable Women's Pala Hooded Jacket also provides lots of freedom of movement thanks to its 4-way stretch material, the athletic fit and the articulated elbows.
Sophisticated design and features
Thanks to its membrane-free construction, the fine merino wool lining and the merino mesh inserts at the collar and waistband, the jacket is guaranteed to be breathable and comfortable. It’s completed by elastic cuffs and hem and an adjustment at the hem to ensure a good fit and offer more mobility.
