The Shovel Kodiak Saw from Ortovox is a really helpful tool in the mountains that you can use even in non-avalanche related situations. The shovel boasts a functional design with all sorts of clever features. It comes complete with a rubberised grip zone to facilitate shovelling snow, non-slip step grooves on the shovel blade, a sharp blade and 90° clearing function as well. The handle can be removed and used as a snow saw. Lastly, the Shovel Kodiak Saw from Ortovox has attachment holes for a rescue sled as well.
