The Vario 26 is truly exemplary for this premium manufacturer: it’s a hybrid between a bike backpack and bike bag! So, it can either be mounted to your bike or carried on your shoulders. You can keep it on the frame on your way into town, on tour or when bike packing, and as soon as you continue on foot, you can carry it as a backpack.
The ergonomic carrying system with thechest strap and padded shoulder straps, as well as the padded back area, ensure maximum comfort. In addition, with the practical roll closure, you can close the bag quickly, easily and securely. Another great feature includes the flap, which is a cover that hides the side not currently in use. This gives the Vario 26 a stylish look.
Cleverly designed and quickly mounted to the luggage rack
The spacious 26 litre main compartment is complemented by an internal laptop compartment, an external flap pocket and an external mesh pocket. With the Quick-Lock 2.1 mounting system, the Vario 26 can be attached to almost all common bicycle racks, with all the necessary elements being attached without tools. In addition, it’s equipped with reflective details for increased visibility in low light conditions. The Ortlieb bag is also made in Germany. All in all, it’s an excellent bag.
