The Back-Roller Urban QL3.1 is a high-quality, waterproof pannier bag from Ortlieb. The abrasion-resistant Cordura fabric is waterproof thanks to its PU coating, yet still has a pleasantly soft feel. As a result, the contents of your bag remain dry and dirt-free at all times.
