The set includes the Hurry belay device along with the Eagle HMS screwgate carabiner. Featuring a big gate opening and a key lock nose, the carabiner prevents snagging, which makes it easy to handle.
Following the tube principle, the ultra light Hurry belay device is ideally suited for use with 9 to 11 mm single ropes and 7.8 to 9.5 mm half ropes. The double construction makes it perfect for use in alpine terrain, allowing for belaying and abseiling up to two climbers. Two different friction modes ensure maximum control while belaying or abseiling.
Together, the two devices weigh just about as much as a bar of chocolate, which makes them a great choice for climbers focusing on minimal weight. The Belay Set Hurry/Eagle from Ocun is more than just great value for money!
