These hardshell trousers were designed for hunting in the woods and up in the mountains, but they work well for trekking, ski touring and high-altitude mountaineering as well. The low-noise material, which comes complete with a GORE-TEX membrane, delivers reliable protection against wind and precipitation. Still, it breathes very well, so body moisture can escape to the outside, preventing you from overheating.
The super-robust outer fabric and scuff guards at the lower legs ensure that the trousers can take on undergrowth or roots. For ventilation, there are two zipped vents on the legs. The waistband lies comfortably around the waist, but can be adjusted using the hook-and-loop fasteners for a more customised fit.
