Better suited to shorter people
The Vertigo Light 2–5 cm Pants from Montura are mountaineering trousers with legs that are 5 cm shorter, designed for shorter people. The special cut with shorter legs ensures a better fit on the trail. The stretch fabric moves with you and is comfortable to wear. At the same time, the fabric is breathable, so the trousers stay comfortable even during active movement.
Windproof and water-repellent
In windy conditions, the windproof fabric helps keep out chilly draughts. For changeable weather, the trousers also have a DWR treatment, which makes the surface water-repellent. This means light moisture tends to roll off, which is practical on hikes during short showers or in damp conditions. Combined with the breathable fabric, comfort stays high even when you’re on the move.
Secure fit and adjustable
A comfortable fit is provided by the elasticated waistband with a front zip and hook-and-loop fastening, which can be adjusted for a secure fit. Two zipped front pockets and one zipped back pocket provide space to safely stow essential small items. Reinforced knees, a reinforced seat and a scuff guard offer extra durability in high-wear areas. Zipped leg cuffs make it easy to adjust the hem width, and belt loops are a useful addition.
