The Women’s Skintrack HS Trousers from Mammut are a reliable companion for mountain touring. Their 3-layer hardshell laminate provides robust protection in changeable weather. Thanks to the Mammut DRYtech membrane, they stay waterproof and windproof – even in snow or on wet ground. The DWR treatment lets water roll off, so the fabric stays comfortably dry, even on longer outings.
Zips provide cooling
With a breathability of 20,000 g/m²/24 h, the trousers allow water vapour to escape quickly – ideal if you work up a sweat during an ascent. The side zips on the thigh allow venting without having to take the trousers off. This keeps you comfortable, whether you’re hiking uphill or enjoying the descent.
The trousers are comfortable and protective
The regular fit offers you freedom of movement and makes layering easier. Adjustable waistband and leg cuffs ensure a secure fit over your ski boots and keep snow out. The scuff guard protects the fabric in high-wear areas. You can safely store small items in the two zipped front pockets. Weighing 430 g, the trousers remain pleasantly light – practical for long tours.
