With enough room for everything from an overnight summit bid to a gear intensive multi-pitch route, the Mammut Trion Light 40 Backpack is the ideal gear hauler for any alpine adventure. Stripped down to save weight, the Trion Light is Mammut's lightest alpine pack with a weight just over two pounds. Don't think the Trion is lacking in features, though, because with ice axe loops, ski straps, and daisy chain gear loops, the pack is well-equipped to carry all the gear you need to top out. Equipped with Mammut's Butterfly frame, the pack supports heavy loads while maintaining a comfortable enough fit to be worn both on the approach and on the wall.
