Whether ice or crag, the Women's Supercouloir 1000 Down Jacket from La Sportiva can do it all. The high-end down jacket is great for technical mountain sports including ice and mixed climbing. Its light weight means it is not affected by gravity. Its mix of high-end materials is not only lightweight and easily compressible, but also weatherproof and very warm.
At the heart of it all is a uniquely fluffy and light down fill that, at 1000 cuin, offers nothing less than the highest quality down available on the market. It has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, a good packability and is reliable. This very limited down is RDS certified and can be traced from the source to the finished product.
Excellent materials
Another key to maximising insulation while minimising weight is the Pertex Quantum outer material. It’s very light, windproof, water-repellent and down-proof because it’s made from incredibly fine, precise and tightly woven yarns. It maximises the down's thermal insulation by trapping air and making it exceptionally light!
