La Sportiva’s Unika is a durable and extremelycomfortable trail running shoe for long distances. Thanks to La Sportiva’s patented Sock-Like construction, the two-layered collar of the Unika is as firm as a climbing shoe and offers reliable support on difficult terrain. For stabilising the shoe, especially on steep traverses and uneven ground, La Sportiva attached stability lugs to the sides of the PU foam midsole. Plus, the soles of the Unika are partly made of the FriXion White rubber compound, a durable and abrasion-resistant material that is ideal for running in the mountains and offers reliable support on wet and dry terrain. La Sportiva’s Unika trail running shoes relieve your feet and are for this reason ideal for long ultra trails in the Alps.
