The Trango is a high-quality all-round shoe for trekking, backpacking, and hiking with or without a heavy backpack.Its water resistant shaft is made of Idro-Perwanger leather reinforced with waterproofed microfiber. The water resistance is complemented by a high amount of breathability provided by the GORE-TEX lining. The 3D Flex system at the ankle improves the foot's grip in the shoe without pinching and enables maximum control while walking on various surfaces. The Climbing Zone, with extra grip, fixed into the front of the Vibram soles helps in climbing stops. The lacing system ensures a nice fit and is quick and easy to operate. Rubber reinforcements on the toes and heels protect the foot from bumps in rough terrain and help to extend the life of the shoe.
