Product description
Excellent grip and feel
Follow in the footsteps of master Adam Ondra: with the Ondra Comp bouldering shoes from La Sportiva, you can at least dream! The climbing legend not only gave his name to the shoes, but also helped to shape it. They perform extremely well in complex manoeuvres such as smearing, toe hooking and heel hooks. Their special construction ensures maximum grip and sensitivity, while maintaining a comfortable fit. The inside allows the foot to spread out so that as much of the sole as possible is in contact with the wall.
Materials and construction as a perfect unit
The Ondra Comp climbing shoes features a microfibre and calf suede upper and does not have a lining. The LaSpoFlex 1.1mm midsole is only under the toes for maximum support on the smallest of footholds. The 3.5 mm outsole is called Vibram XS Grip2 and features La Sportiva's SenseGrip technology, which improves penetration into the smallest structures and adapts to any surface. The reduced thickness of the sole edges also helps to maximise sensitivity. The entire shoe construction is based on the P3 principle, which ensures that the shoes retain their shape over time.
To get the most out of the technical features, the Ondra Comp climbing shoes must fit very snugly on the feet. Well-trained indoor climbers and lighter climbers can maximise their performance with these shoes!
The features at a glance:
- Maximum contact surface for the feet
- Maximum utilisation of the smallest friction steps
- P3 construction for dimensional stability
- Comparatively comfortable fit despite excellent performance
