Helly Tech makes their material fully waterproof and windproof but also breathable. Moisture from the outside can’t get in, while moisture inside is rapidly wicked away, which helps to make the trousers comfortable. The synthetic PrimaLoft insulation is reliably warm, even in wet conditions, so kids are well prepared for icy days. The trousers have water-repellent ankle snow gaiters that have silicone grippers to prevent them from slipping. Boot hooks additionally optimise the secure fit to keep out snow even on downhills in deep snow. Reinforcements on the leg ends protect the trousers against sharp ski edges. The gusset insert improves freedom of movement so young winter sports fans aren’t restricted. The adjustable waistband fits securely and comfortably when skiing.
