Product description
Perfect for adventuring for long periods in rock, along via ferrata routes or even easy glacier crossings, the Ferrata II GTX from Hanwag is a multi-functional mountaineering and via ferrata boot that is compatible with semi-automatic crampons. It comes equipped with a Tubetec Rock midsole for comfort and cushioning in demanding terrain. It strikes the perfect balance between performance, comfort and durability. For the outsole, Hanwag opted for the tried and true Vibram Mont Compound and a Hanwag Integral Light tread design, which uses a powerful combination of light, abrasion-resistant material. It makes for a smooth transition and gives you the sure-footedness you need for alpine terrain and helps prevent premature fatigue. Thanks to GORE-TEX technology, the multi-functional mountaineering boot is both waterproof and breathable as well, so when the going gets tough, any sweat on the interior can escape to the outside. The modern cuff design features Hanwag LFX technology and seams on the inside to prevent water getting inside. Lastly, the boots feature durable, easy-to-use Click Clamps for comfortable, two-zone lacing. The new edition of the tried and true Ferrata GTX from Hanwag.
