For improved handling when ascending on a rope - the Grivel A1 Ascender! Equipped with a patented clamping mechanism, the aluminium ascender has everything you could possibly need in a versatile and strong ascender. It is available for either left or right handers and is equipped with an ergonomic rubber grip for security. Using the smooth safety lever, you can clip the A1 Ascender onto the rope quickly and easily. Plus, the ascender has several other hols for carabiners - perfect for a variety of uses on multi-pitch alpine climb, big wall adventures and fixed ropes.
