The light trekking boots are also perfect for conventional mountaineering and walking. The elastic shaft enables optimal control in technical terrain. The breathable and waterproof GORE-TEX Performance Comfort membrane makes hillwalking comfortable even in bad weather. A rock guard edge made of rubber and reinforcements in the toe and heel area protect against injuries to the feet in rocky terrain. To make the outer material especially abrasion-resistant and durable, additional reinforcements have been used. The footbed is made with an antimicrobial silver yarn and has a targeted effect on the spread of bacteria that create an odour in the walking boots. The Vibram Apex outsole with a climbing zone grips powerfully in any terrain and will make your next mountain tour with the Garmont Tower 2.0 GTX trekking shoes comfortable.
