Its 3-layer construction is completely waterproof and windproof, and yet permeable enough to prevent moisture from accumulating inside the jacket, even on extensive treks.Thanks to its robust design the material is extremely hard-wearing and abrasion-resistant, which extends its durability. Furthermore, the hood is adjustable and thus, fits over most climbing helmets. Both of the side pockets offer great storage space for important things and can even be accessed while wearing a closed hip belt or a climbing harness. The elastic drawstring in the hem, as well as the individually adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners on the sleeve cuffs provide additional protection against cold wind and moisture.
