Sleeping mat for extreme conditions
The Ultra 7R sleeping mat from Exped can be used down to temperatures of -30°C. This is made possible by Exped's Downmat Technology and RDS-certified down insulation with 700 cuin fill power. By using recycled 20D ripstop polyester as the outer material, the sleeping mat is made to be both lightweight and durable.
Sleeping comfort on winter tours
The Ultra 7R sleeping mat from Exped is available in different lengths and widths so that it can be perfectly adapted to your individual needs. Exped also offers the mat in either a classic rectangular shape or a mummy cut. Both shapes have longitudinal air chambers that can be filled quickly and easily using the Schnozzel Pumpbag alongside the Flatvalve valve.
With an R value of 7.1, the Ultra 7R is designed for icy temperatures and is therefore absolutely suitable for winter tours and expeditions. It provides particularly good sleeping comfort and holds the sleeper securely on the mat with its air chambers.
