The material is also hydrolysis-resistant, which means it does not allow moisture to get inside, where bacteria can then develop. The mat is insulated with Texpedloft, a synthetic material that provides optimal warmth and insulates against the cold of the ground. The innovative 3D design with flat support makes the most of every inch of the mat as it is flat all the way to the edges. Meanwhile, the brushed outer fabric feels comfortable against the skin. The mat can be inflated quickly and easily with the included Schnozzle Pumpbag UL. It also serves as a waterproof pack sack. The large flat valve lets air out quickly. Despite its comfortable thickness, the Megamat Lite 12 is a lightweight companion for camping or trekking!
