Product description
It’s mega
The MegaMat 10 from Exped has the perfect name. It's big, mega comfortable and warm. This makes it the ideal sleeping mat for base camp, a campervan or as a guest bed. Exped pioneered a whole new generation of self-inflating sleeping mats with the MegaMat. Since its foundation as an outdoor manufacturer in 1997, the company has stood for innovation and proves this not least with the MegaMat 10.
Sophisticated design for maximum comfort
The special feature of the MegaMat is its core made of special, open-cell 3D foam. This ensures a maximum lying surface that prevents you from sinking in or going in on the sides. With a thickness of 10 centimetres, it’s comfortable and offers good insulation. It’ll almost feel like you are sleeping in your own bed. In addition, it features horizontal air channels in the foam to reduce the weight and pack volume without affecting comfort. The surface is made of a soft tricot polyester, which is soft and feels nice on the skin.
Self-inflating - with additional support
The mat inflates relatively quickly on its own. Of course, it takes a little longer than thinner mats, but you’ll definitely notice the difference in comfort. In addition, the Exped Mini Pump is included in the delivery. If you pumped in too much air, you can remove some via the flat valves. The large Sidewinder Bag from Exped is also included for easy transport. The sleeping mat can be quickly stowed in there.
The advantages at a glance:
- Ideal for base camp and campervan
- Comfortable
- Two flat valves (inflate/deflate)
- Mini pump included
