Product description
The Giga Jul Belay Kit Strike Screw from Edelrid is just as well suited for sport climbing as it is for alpine climbing. The special thing about this belay device is that it is a standard and assisted-braking tubular belay device all in one. To ensure a safer belay, the Giga Jul offers assisted braking and a high braking performance to assist the belayer during falls. Lowering and paying out rope can be achieved quickly and easily using your thumb. The standard mode has advantages as well, such as allowing for rapid abseiling. You can also use the belay device to belay climbers from above. The set includes a reliable screw-gate carabiner as well.
