Product description
The Deuter Quantum 70+10 Backpack has a narrow profile because bumping fellow train passengers with a big, bulky packs or, even worse, getting stuck in narrow bus doorways is not the best way to win friends and influence people when you're traveling. Deuter also knows that you're not always riding on public transportation but are instead hoofing it to the hostel or trekking between villages, so it gave this adventure-ready pack a supremely comfortable, adjustable Variquick harness, a fully padded suspension, and a pivoting hip-belt to lighten your load.
- Variquick adjustable shoulder harness provides custom adjustment to match your individual back length
- Plush, padded, and perforated back panel, shoulder harness, and waist belt encourage breathability for a cool, comfortable trek
- Pivoting waist belt moves with your maneuvers while successfully transferring the load to your legs
- Flat steel frame provides a rigid structure that makes heavier loads manageable
- Front U-shaped zipper provides front access to the pack like a big duffel bag, and the top lid permits traditional top loading
- Clip-off daypack expands capacity by ten liters (610cu in) and features soft shoulder straps, a front pocket, and an expandable main compartment for short day excursions
- Expandable top lid provides additional space for longer trips or treks into the unknown
- Integrated rain/transport cover pulls out of a bottom pocket, shelters the entire pack in a downpour, and features a name tag for use during air travel
- Bottom-accessed sleeping bag compartment includes a removable internal zip divider for organization
- Top lid pocket holds maps, snacks, or other accessories
- Side stretch pockets secure your water bottles or French wine bottles
- Internal wet pocket holds dirty clothes or a wet bathing suit where they won't soil your clean clothes
- Top lid, side, and bottom compression straps shrink the load into a solid, manageable pack for shorter treks and also double as gear attachment points
