The Futura Pro 36 from deuter is the perfect walking backpack for multi-day adventures thanks to both its size and comfort. The backpack has a volume of 36 litres, which is a great size for hut-to-hut tours. You’re guaranteed to have enough space to organize and stow away your snacks, drinks, clothes, your smartphone and other essentials.
In addition to the spacious main compartment, the Futura Pro has a large lid compartment, a separate bottom compartment for dirty laundry, a stretchy inner pocket, side bellow pockets, an inner valuables pocket, two spacious hip pockets and two elastic side pockets. There are also loops for a helmet holder and an ice axe/walking pole holder. Plus, the walking backpack is compatible with hydration systems of up to 3 litres.
As for comfort, the backpack is outfitted with a ventilated mesh back that’ll allow warm, moist air to escape, so you’ll remain cool. Some other great features include the adjustable hip fins and the pleasantly padded shoulder straps that ensure a snug, comfortable fit. The Futura Pro 36 is equipped with everything you can ever want!
