The Women's Distance Carbon Z poles from Black Diamond are made for trail running. Made of lightweight materials, they’ll be comfortable both on the trails and when stowed away in your pack. Plus, they have a foldable design, so they’ll fit in your backpack. To ensure the poles are comfortable to hold even on long runs, they’ve been equipped with a soft, ergonomic grip. Another great feature includes the durable wrist straps that allow a direct power transfer and prevent you from dropping the poles.
