This model is based on classic mountaineering picks and is specially perfect for long glacier tours. The ice axe is available in different sizes, so you’ll find the one that best suits your height and needs. It features a steel spike at the end of the shaft, so you can also climb in steeper terrain. As for the pick, it offers excellent grip and can penetrate hard ice thanks to the modern tip. Other practical features include the trapezoidal cross-section and the non-slip rubber coating that ensure the shaft can lie nicely in your hand. It’s completed by a hand strap that’s very easy to adjust.
