Durable two-person tent for alpine use
The Copper Spur HV2 Expedition from Big Agnes is just as suitable for basecamp on expeditions as it is for demanding alpine tours in the Alps. The two-person tent can be pitched in a few minutes thanks to the freestanding construction. It comes with durable DAC Featherlite NSL aluminium poles that keep the dome tent very stable in strong winds. The tent can be securely anchored to the ground with the tear-resistant Dyneema guy lines and the ten Dirt Dagger UL pegs. The pegs can also be used as snow anchors. In addition, the tent has reflective details on the flysheet and guy lines for increased visibility. The entrance doors of the inner tent have windows that can be opened.
Excellent protection against the elements
All seams on the flysheet and floor are taped. Extra protection is provided by the polyurethane coating on the outside that prevents moisture from getting inside. In addition, the tent has a breathable mesh fabric at the top of the inner tent and multiple ventilation openings to ensure a pleasant microclimate. A total of ten mesh pockets and two separate media pockets for electronics will help you organise your things. Another great feature includes the two large vestibules that offer plenty of storage space for mountaineering boots, ice axes and touring backpacks.
