Freestanding and clever details

The DAC Featherlite poles are made of particularly lightweight aluminium and can be quickly and easily assembled thanks to the colour coding system. Featuring a silicone coating and a DWR finish, both the floor and the flysheet are guaranteed to be weather-resistant. For additional protection, it’s equipped with taped seams, and both the floor and the flysheet have a hydrostatic head of 1200 mm. Some other great features include the reflective guy lines that provide enhanced safety when walking in the dark. In addition, the freestanding tent has an entrance and a vestibule where you can stow away your equipment. Plus, the inner tent is made of a breathable mesh fabric that allows the air to circulate inside, and it ensures that moisture is quickly wicked away to the outside. As for storage space, it’s provided by the three interior mesh pockets and a media pocket with a headphone port. And, you can even hang some gear or attach a light inside thanks to the multiple loops.

Even more lightweight thanks to the Fast Fly

Conveniently, you can attach your helmet to the attachment found underneath the roof of the tent. Both the tent’s light weight and small pack size make it ideal for bikepacking and solo trekking tours. However, you can even make it more lightweight by using the Fast Fly method without the inner tent.
