Product description
If you’re looking for waterproof trousers, be it for road cycling or XC mountain biking, then the Mille GT Thermo Rain Shell Pants from Assos are the way to go.
Made of ergonomic softshell materials, the trousers are guaranteed to be both lightweight and weatherproof. Long tights or shorts also fit nicely underneath.
Construction
Their main fabric is the windproof and waterproof NEOS Ultra. This is a lightweight, very breathable, double-layered softshell textile with a PU membrane to protect your legs against the elements. The lower third of the legs are made of a slightly thicker three-layer NEOS Mild for added protection.
Another great feature includes the slightly wider and very stretchy waistband. This eliminates the need for a bulky drawstring or the like. The trousers are completed by a silicone trim on the back to keep them in place even when you get out of the saddle and thanks to their length, they’ll fit nicely over your overshoes.
