If you want to go cycling and training in winter, then you need the Equipe RS Winter Bib Tights S9 from Assos. For years now, "Full Winter Offense” has been synonymous with the legendary Bonka tights because you can go out with them even in the iciest temperatures.
Improved design
This generation’s model has a few improvements. It’s lighter, retains more heat and offers enhanced comfort at the seat. The result: the EQUIPE RS Winter Bib Tights S9.
Featuring an A-Lock Engineering framework, the bib tights are supportive, will wrap around your legs and are compressive to stimulate your muscles. The new model also boasts an ergoBox stitch pattern and rollBar straps to keep the seat pad in place. As a result, your buttocks will be supported at all times.
In addition, Assos equipped the tights with a double-layer twinDeck construction along the knees, thighs, crotch and hips. This is made from Sphere Ultra and Osmos Heavy materials, which are warm, lightweight, windproof and waterproof. A thicker SPHERE Medium fabric is used at the back.
For the padding, they used a race-proven EQUIPE RS Insert – minus kraterCooler ventilation holes – with the brand’s popular basalt colourway. This has a superAir microShock foam layer, a 3D waffle outer and the goldenGate technology only used by ASSOS.
