This tiny training device has proven itself time and again in physiotherapy: the fingers can be individually trained and strengthened, whilst simultaneously improving your fingers? mobility and the coordination of your muscles in your hand and forearm. The ergonomic design of the bottom ensures that the hand trainer remains stable and lies comfortably in the palm of your hand. To keep an eye on your own progress, the Digi-Flex hand trainer is available with different levels of resistance: yellow - 0.7kg, red - 1.4kg, green - 2.3kg, blue - 3.2 kg, black - 4.1kg.
