If you’re looking for comfortable, high-performance shoes for your next climb, look no further than the Women's Konseal FL 2 Leather GTX by Arc'teryx. These approach shoes are almost as durable as mountaineering boots, but have the comfort of half-shoes. The means the upper is very durable and copes well in tougher conditions. This model has an additional GORE-TEX membrane which makes the shoes both waterproof and breathable. The grippy Vibram sole has the best step and abrasion properties on paved trails as well as on off-road terrain. The lacing is set far forward, so you can easily adjust the shoes to the shape of your foot.
