Perfect for training at home - the Strong Ant III from Antworks! This training board boasts a balanced design that you're sure to love. The clear layout of the holds is guaranteed to get you in the mood to train, and the different hold depth (16mm and 37mm) makes for a variety of challenges. The fingers holes as well as the upper edge have a depth of 40mm. All edges have a radius of 6mm. Of course, we can't go without mentioning the high-quality material: no matter how much strain you're putting your fingers under, the sanded ash wood used for the Antworks Strong Ant III training board will take it easy on your skin!
Note: Adapter for Ant Hill 63 board is not included.
