The Women’s Supernova Rise 3 GTX by adidas are road running shoes with a waterproof membrane. They are especially well suited to running on asphalt in wet conditions. This model is designed for firm surfaces and gives you reliable support for everyday wear as well as regular runs.

The GORE-TEX membrane keeps moisture out whilst remaining breathable, helping to maintain a comfortable climate inside the shoe. In the midsole, Dreamstrike+ provides soft cushioning and a comfortable feel underfoot. With a 35 mm heel stack height, each step feels noticeably cushioned, whilst the 7 mm drop helps create a balanced ride on the road.

With a regular fit, the shoe feels easy and comfortable to wear, whether for everyday use or training. The lacing adjusts to suit you and keeps the foot securely in place. The removable insole is practical too, as you can take it out easily if needed. The Continental outsole offers grip on roads and supports smooth, confident transitions on firm ground, whilst pull tabs make the shoes easier to slip on.
